Preferred Partner Program Analyst

The preferred partner program analyst ensures the effectiveness and accuracy of the isolved referral partner program. This position requires strong analytical skills and general understanding of this program and isolved's commercial organization and operation. In a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and time-management skills are required, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Works with M&A team to onboard acquired preferred partners
  • Works with Channel sales team to onboard new preferred partners
  • Creates required records in CRM and ERP systems as part of onboarding new and acquired preferred partners
  • Maintains preferred partner agreements on shared drive (e.g., Box)
  • Supports conversion of acquired preferred partners to isolved preferred partner agreements
  • Ensures preferred partner agreements adhere to isolved standards unless exceptions have been approved by SVP Sales or VP Sales Enablement & Operations
  • Calculates eligible monthly commissions and coordinates payments with Finance team
  • Produces monthly commission statements and provides to preferred partners
  • Audits preferred partner agreements and reports on PPAs that have or will be expiring in next 120 days
  • Audits preferred partner performance and reports on partner performance, including those that are not meeting required performance levels
  • Coordinates with Channel Sales, legal, and finance as needed to terminate non-performing preferred partnership agreements
  • Provides backup to the Sales Orders team as operations require
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • BA/BS preferred but not required
  • Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite
  • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Resourceful and well organized
  • Possess strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Understanding of channel sales programs
  • Ability to work collaboratively to identify and solve problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines

Location: This position can work from an isolved office or remotely

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
