Pre-Implementation Coordinator

BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

Manages client relationships through the transition from sales and implementation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

Create projects in NetSuite based off sales orders and agreements.

Send customers welcome emails.

Coordinate with the client the collection of key data that is required before implementation can start.

Follow up with the clients on the data collection.

Build strong relationships with the customers that get the implementation off to a positive start.

Coordinate the assignment of the project resources.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION

Associate's degree or one or more years of work experience

Telephone customer service experience

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

Excellent phone etiquette

Responsive

Must be extremely organized

Ability to prioritize

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer skills including Excel and Word

NetSuite experience a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Normal working conditions require normal to close concentration, visual attention and manual dexterity. Lifting requirements less than 10 pounds. Moderate noise.
