BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

Implementation Consultants design and execute the functional and technical requirements for the subject matter for which they are an expert. Implementation Consultants lead and guide their client to the most successful implementation using best practices and experience. Implementation Consultants are expected to take initiative, understand business and technical objectives of an implementation, manage client expectations and manage tasks to completion.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

  1. Engage directly with clients in the design and implementation of iSolved Mojo Perform
  2. Be recognized as a Performance Management Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  3. Lead meetings with the clients to understand clients specific requirements
  4. Anticipate clients current and future needs
  5. Make recommendations, be consultative and lead the design of the solution
  6. Problem solve issues by researching alternative solutions if necessary
  7. Coordinate with other SMEs to successfully integrate all functionality of the software including Payroll, Benefits, General Ledger, Learn, COBRA, FSA and Time and Attendance at the appropriate time
  8. Train clients on how to use the solution based upon design decisions
  9. Ensure client satisfaction and a smooth transition to Customer Support
  10. Provide technical assistance when necessary
  11. Participate in other projects as assigned by the VP, HCM Implementation

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION

  • A degree in a technical discipline or equivalent HRIS functional expertise
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A strong product, service and technical background
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Minimum 5 year experience in HRIS
