Infinisource, a leading provider of human capital management solutions, is currently seeking a motivated Packaging and Shipping Specialist for our Time and Attendance products.
Job Summary: This position reports to the Fulfillment Manager and is semi-routine in nature. The incumbent is responsible for shipping and order fulfillment. Also requires some assembly of hardware products. Small friendly office type production environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pulls and packages contents of specified orders
- Final inspection to ensure quality and conformity to standards
- Creates shipment labels and documentation using software tools
- Assembles and tests hardware products for initial stage stocking
- Provides shipment and order information internally
- Meters outgoing mail and demo brochures
- Conducts monthly inventory control counts
- Maintains a neat, orderly, and clean area
Qualifications:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Professional conduct
- Must have the ability to work standing for 8 hour shift
- High school diploma or GED required
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Must have the capability to work quickly and safely
- Previous experience with soldering a plus
