BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

Implementation Specialists design and execute the functional and technical requirements for the subject matter for which they are an expert. Implementation Specialists lead and guide their client to the most successful implementation using best practices and experience. Implementation Specialists are expected to take initiative, understand business and technical objectives of an implementation, manage client expectations and manage tasks to completion.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

  1. Engage directly with clients in the design and implementation of iSolved Onboarding and iSolved Mojo [Employee Engagement solution]. 
  2. Facilitate the implementation of iSolved Hire and iSolved Legal through order submission portals.  Coordinates with parties implementing these services to ensure successful completion.
  3. Be recognized as an Onboarding / Mojo Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  4. Displays a genuine professional interest in the overall goal the client has for the add on service by gaining an understanding of the clients work environment and desired goals
  5. Lead meetings with the clients to understand clients specific requirements
  6. Anticipate clients current and future needs
  7. Make recommendations, be consultative and lead the design of the solution
  8. Problem solve issues by researching alternative solutions if necessary
  9. Coordinate with Project Manager and other SMEs to successfully integrate add on service along with other functionality of the software which includes Payroll, Benefits, General Ledger, Learn, COBRA, FSA and Time and Attendance
  10. Train clients on how to use the solution based upon design decisions
  11. Provide technical assistance when necessary
  12. Ensure client satisfaction and a smooth transition to Customer Support
  13. Manages assigned projects by utilizing NetSuite, iSolved, Box, WebEx and Outlook
  14. Participate in other projects as assigned by the VP, HCM Implementation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION

  • A degree in a technical discipline or equivalent HRIS functional expertise
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • A strong product, service and technical background
    • Proven customer service skills
    • Minimum 2 year experience in HRIS

    • Ability to present solutions to clients, manage client expectations, and implement and deliver solutions
