Summary/objective

The Network Sales Executive is responsible for selling to regional HCM service bureau and PEO organizations on the value of our isolved HCM technology


Core Job Duties

  • Responsible for achieving sales revenue objectives by driving new sales within a specified target account within geographic territory base.
  • Required to run all phases of our defined consultative-strategic sales cycle from business development through sales closure.
  • Required to work closely with the marketing team to mature targets accounts to sales opportunities.
  • Required to work closely with your sales team and leaders developing and reviewing strategic account strategy to close and win sales opportunities.
  • Required to work closely with the entire iSolved Network team to continually provide outstanding value and support to the Network Partners.
  • Required to keep sales CRM information up to date on a daily, weekly, monthly, basis to drive accurate sales pipeline and opportunity reporting.

Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Go-to expert in one specific area of their role. Some barriers to entry exist at this level (e.g., dept/peer review). Level at which career may plateau.


Interaction

Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.


Supervision

Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).



Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • HCM / PEO experience preferred
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven success
  • BA/BS required
  • Tech and SaaS savviness
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with all personalities and business roles
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of MS Office application suite
  • A creative and independent thinker
  • A desire to continually grow and apply new skills

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience with UKG, PRISMHR, ASURE, Prior isolved Network Partner sales


Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.


Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
