Primary Responsibilities:

  • Set-up benefit FTP feeds and API print integrations for isolved customers
  • Set-up access to isolved's REST API when request forms are submitted by customers
  • Educate the customers on setting up various workers comp, 401k and bank FTP transmission files in isolved
  • Work and close cases that will come into the Partner Operations queue
  • Assist the customer with troubleshooting isolved print utility issues mostly through screen shares and phone calls
  • Keep the Partner Operations folder up to date with the latest setup documents and SOPs
  • Assist the University team from time to time with keeping integration docs up to date
  • Communicate with third party vendors to keep the integration process smooth and seamless for customers
  • Work with marketing to keep the partner portal FIP/API vendor list up to date


Education and Experience Needed for this Position:

  • Must have at least 2-3 years' experience in the payroll, insurance or HR industry
  • Ideally possess at least 1 year experience with FTP protocol or API integrations

Skills and Qualifications required for this Position:

  • Experience working with, and managing stakeholders and customers
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Excellent presentation, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach, ability to adapt quicky and operate effectively within a dynamic, growth-oriented company
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a "can do" and "go the extra mile" attitude
