The isolved Network is a critical component of the business and represents over 150 traditional, ASO and PEO Certified Network Partners who regionally market and support the isolved People Cloud platform. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the following:

  • Understanding of the iSolved platform system configuration for Certified Network Partners (CNPs), both service bureaus and PEOs, to assist new partners through the iSolved onboarding process, which includes gathering requirements and ensuring the partners' iSolved environment is configured accurately according to their business needs.
  • Work within a designated project plan to ensure project deliverables and partner launch dates are met.
  • Work in conjunction with the Implementation Project Manager to review and update project plan action items to ensure CNP needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach.
  • Monitor the implementation process for potential issues and escalate as needed to ensure the CNPs needs are met and the project plan schedule is maintained.
  • Troubleshoot technical or configuration issues for the CNPs.
  • Address technical questions of the CNPs after their system training and as they begin their client migration and onboarding process.
  • Establish regular working sessions with CNPs to assist them in the migration of clients to gain an expertise of the iSolved platform and become self-sufficient prior to transitioning to Partner Support.
  • Ensure that CNPs are successful by working with CNP Subject Matter Experts to successfully integrate all functionality of the software
  • Make recommendations, be consultative, guide the CNP on best practices that maximize value and their return on investment
  • Simultaneously handle several CNP project plans in various stages and ensure timelines are being met to provide the CNP with a positive onboarding experience.
  • Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the CNP implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase partner satisfaction, drive efficiency and enhance the implementation process.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION


  • Associates degree or equivalent business experience
  • 2+ years software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in the HCM industry/PEO industry is a plus but not a requirement
  • Proven track record of working in a customer facing role

  • Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative

  • Excellent presentation, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Flexible approach, ability to adapt quickly and operate effectively within a dynamic, growth-oriented company
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a "can do" and "go the extra mile" attitude

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, drive, fly and hear. The employee is required to use hands. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for written work and PC use. The noise level is usually fairly quiet.
