Summary/objective

The National Accountant Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing relationships with partners in the accounting community to drive sales and revenue growth. This role works closely with internal sales and channel teams to align strategies, provide training and enablement, and equip the salesforce with tools to effectively engage the accounting channel. The position also focuses on tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of accounting partners while contributing to the evolution of isolved's channel sales strategies.


Core Job Duties

  • Develop and implement channel partner strategies specifically for the accounting community to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with accountant channel partners, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and channel teams to communicate and execute the vision and strategy for the accountant channel.
  • Deliver and help design territory channel execution plans in partnership with field sales leadership, aligning with accounting channel goals.
  • Provide accountant channel sales training and enablement to internal sales teams.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations with accountant channel partners to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze market and competitor data to inform channel partner strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with accountant channel partners.
  • Identify, onboard, and integrate new accountant channel partners to broaden market reach.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all accountant channel activities.

Supervision

Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience in sales or account management, with a focus on channel sales or partnerships.
  • Proven success in building and managing strong relationships within the accounting community.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing market trends and developing strategic plans.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.


Travel Required

Yes, up to 25% domestic travel may be required.
