Motion Graphic Designer

The Motion Graphic Designer who's the right fit for the isolved team will be responsible for:

• Taking the isolved brand to new visual heights by deploying illustrative assets that come to life and capture the essence of the brand.
• Partnering with marketing teams and joining colleagues in creative brainstorms designed to produce compelling concepts that advance the brand and the business objectives it represents.

You'll be working across different areas of focus including UI and UX, as well as human and environmental aspects to provide seamless and branded assets while building a motion library. The brand is the emphasis, but there is plenty of room for you to experiment and innovate.

Key Responsibilities

• Sketch, ideate, and generate new concepts quickly based on direction and self-driven research
• Execute motion within brand defined illustrative assets across product from pictogram/iconography creation to complex compositions to full UI scene transition
• Work with Product Design, Brand, and Marketing teams to move and create magic through Illustrations, Iconography, conceptual development, and other related content
• Partner with Marketing teams to apply general feedback and work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Participate in creative brainstorms to move concepts to completion from either a detailed or simple conceptual state
• Ability to clearly articulate design fundamentals (typography, layout, grid, hierarchy, color, animation, composition)
• Assist with general design, concepts and production.
• Assist with basic email and landing page production and coding.

Qualifications

• Portfolio exhibits strong conceptual ability, UI motion, and control/component animation
• 5+ years of motion experience within a design agency, in-house design team, or production team
• Degree in Motion Design, Art, graphic design, or related field
• Experience working on digital products
• Exceptional in UI motion/animation
• Exceptional understanding of Motion Principles
• Exceptional understanding of UI Design
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly grasp new technology, workflows and software
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design for ecosystem platforms
• Exceptional Understanding of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Cloud and related Motion Software
• Basics in HTML and email coding
