iSolved is the leading provider of web-based workforce management solutions for small to medium-sized employers seeking a more effective, streamlined way to manage and optimize their workforce. iSolved HCM provides employers integrated, single login access to payroll, HR, benefits administration, time management, talent management, and compliance.
iSolved is currently looking for a Mobile Applications Business Analyst. This position will provide data analytics and decision support for our product management, development and quality assurance teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE:
- Work closely with product management, development, and quality assurance to help perform proper analysis for development backlog.
- Act as a supporting role to the product management team scoping and building additional use case scenarios for development efforts.
- Create product requirements documentation
- Produce reports and presentations for work in process
- Provide analytical information on industry standards
CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- B.S. /B.A. in Communications, English or Business with 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-3 years HCM Work Experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile development processes and methodology
- Organizational skills
- Self motivated
- Works well with both internal and external stakeholders
- Application Experience:
- Azure
- VSO or TFS
- Postman
- MS Office Products
- MS SQL
