Migration Support Analyst

BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:  

 

The Migration Support Analyst is responsible for providing support to our Certified Network Partners

(CNPs) as they migrate their customers' data using Infinisoure's internal migration tool.  

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE:

 

  • Map source system data to iSolved.
  • Train CNPs on using the migration tool.
  • Support CNPs in use of their tool.
  • Research and resolve migration issues and iSolved data issues related to migrations.
  • Act as liaison for the CNPs, answering questions or routing questions to the appropriate person for response.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our Certified Network Partners.

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years experience with the iSolved solution
  • Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment is required
  • iSolved Implementation experience preferred
  • Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
  • Strong technical aptitude and capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with SQL Server, MS Access and MS Excel highly desirable
  • Knowledge of SQL Script desirable, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
