Job Description

The isolved Migration Associate will play a vital role in converting clients. The Migration Associate will be responsible for migrating customers from legacy systems to the isolved solution. As technical experts, they will utilize our migration tool to extract, transform and load data into the isolved platform.

Core Job Duties

• Extract, analyze, and electronically convert data from various customer platforms into the isolved platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with data analysis and transition during acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition for our clients.
• Appropriately escalate issues for clients and participants, following our standard operating procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews to ensure quality, accuracy and efficiency.
• Facilitate the creation of clients based on migration tickets.
• Facilitate transitions between teams, ensuring streamlined support processes.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews to maintain high standards and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Highest level of proficiency in written and oral English, enabling you to effectively communicate with colleagues.
• Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities, allowing you to work effectively with data systems and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, leveraging your skills to manipulate and analyze data.
• Strong customer service orientation and exceptional problem-resolution skills, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Previous experience in a professional, customer-facing business environment, showcasing your ability to thrive in a data-driven role.
