Marketing Strategist
The Marketing Strategist is responsible for supporting marketing strategies and capabilities to increase
lead generation. This role will collaborate with departmental counterparts working to achieve marketing
goals using both strategic and tactical planning. You'll track and review campaign performance and
generate recommendations based on learnings to establish best practices.
Principal Responsibilities
- Support the marketing roadmap to maximize pipeline.
- Work directly with leadership supporting design and driving strategic projects.
- Communicate campaign objectives and timelines.
- Develop an understanding of our business and partner relationships.
- Provide creative ideas that keep isolved at the forefront of the HCM industry.
- Prioritize initiatives to completion with potentially concurrent deadlines.
- Measure growth opportunities through a variety of analyses.
- Report marketing pipeline status using both qualitative and quantitative measures.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Passion for marketing.
- Knowledge of traditional, digital, direct, and social marketing.
- Experienced with building relationships.
- Ability to prioritize changing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require minimal travel.
Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
