Summary/objective
Reporting to the Events Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating and organizing a variety of events, meetings, tradeshows, and conferences throughout the year. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and strong, proven organizational skills who love to work in a fast-paced environment.
Core Job Duties
- Understanding requirements for each event, planning with attention to budget and time constraints.
- Coordinate and negotiate the booking of, and event details, with venues/vendors.
- Manage all elements of the events program including staffing, logistics, operations, schedules, vendors/agencies and production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional sales and marketing counterparts, the corporate events team, technology partners, and other business stakeholders.
- Preparing regular event reports and budgets by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
- Support isolved hosted event registration process and pre-and post-event communications.
- Host pre-event planning sessions and post-event follow-up sessions with relevant stakeholders.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders to support and meet defined event goals.
- Partner with appropriate team members and vendors to ensure the successful development and execution of events – internally and externally.
- Support operational goals and logistics, including but not limited to, rooming blocks, shipments, layouts, event orders, onsite needs, app development, AV needs, etc.
- Establish methods to track event success and gather feedback. Develop and maintain historical data and information for event analysis.
- Oversee event details, and act quickly to escalate or resolve any issues.
- Managing and drafting promotional event communications and social.

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work

Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years marketing and 2 years hotel events management experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Passionate about events, marketing, branding and lead generation, with a focus on creating in-person programs that drive business results
- Strong experience managing budgets and tracking expenses, attention to detail a must
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with all levels of stakeholders, customers and external partners
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with others to achieve results
- Proven experience managing vendor and agency relationships to ensure event success
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented matrixed organization
- Outstanding customer service skills for internal teams and peers
- Calm, confident, and organized with great attention to detail
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments and managing multiple events at once
- Open to feedback and able to adapt it to grow the event program strategically
- Enjoys traveling and being hands-on at events while also managing logistics behind the scenes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Swoogo and HubSpot. Eager to learn new tools like CRM, data management, and event marketing platforms
- Must be willing to travel extensively (up to 35%)
- Can-do, positive attitude
- Understanding of the B2B Saas space (but experience in B2B is highly preferred)

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
