Job Description

The isolved Marketing Admin/Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the payment of invoices and expenses related to our marketing department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.


Core Job Duties

  • Invoice Management: Process and verify invoices related to marketing activities, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
  • Budget Tracking: Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor and track marketing budget expenditures, ensuring alignment with allocated budgets.
  • Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with marketing vendors, addressing inquiries, and resolving any discrepancies in billing.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to marketing expenses.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure all marketing financial transactions comply with company policies and legal guidelines. Assist in internal and external audit processes as required.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounts payable function.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
