Job Description

The Manager, Transformation Services, plays a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation initiatives within the transformation portfolio. This role focuses on enhancing team collaboration and aligning AI product delivery with organizational goals. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency in AI and solution development with strong leadership, change management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Core Job Duties

  • Lead transformation initiatives across AI development teams to improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new tools, workflows, and agile practices
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on goals, priorities, and delivery timelines
  • Monitor and report on transformation KPIs, including model deployment velocity, experimentation throughput, and team productivity
  • Champion best practices in AI development, including reproducibility, documentation, and ethical AI standards
  • Support the integration of new technologies and platforms that enhance AI development capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in transformation services, with at least 2 years in AI development or implementation
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, product road mapping and iterative delivery cycles
  • Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders across departments and teams without direct authority
  • Adept at translating technical information and complex issues to communicate clearly with executives, technical teams, and business units
  • Able to discuss and translate organizational goals into actionable product and process improvements
  • Skilled in fostering collaboration and removing roadblocks to delivery
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change-leadership skills
