Job Description

Focus on cultivating, prospecting and building new strategic partnerships across Marketplace function. Through dynamic prospecting, nourishing relationships, and working with internal stakeholders, this individual will lead strategy to source and secure new strategic marketplace partners, driving revenue growth for isolved. This role will be instrumental in executing annual growth plans, and will contribute to the overall expansion of the Marketplace partnership division to establish

Core Job Duties

  • Build winning partnerships with strategic marketplace partners
  • Oversee the process to scope, review, and implement new revenue generating white-labeled or Strategic Marketplace Partner products
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams
  • Lead isolved introductory meetings, create partnership pitches and execute strategic partnership contracts
  • Collaborate with other product teams to promote development initiatives supportive of Marketplace growth
  • Identify market trends to determine future required partnerships
  • Work with product marketing and operations team to operationalize and launch new marketplace partner products
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps for marketplace
  • Using relevant criteria, build business case to drive product roadmap re: marketplace
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Develop KPI's and provide visibility into the ROI and success of marketplace initiatives

Job Complexity

Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.


Interaction

Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.


Supervision

Typically manages activities of one or more sections or departments. Develops proven structure and processes that helps their team achieve results. Exercises supervision in terms of costs, methods, and when applicable, staffing.


Experience

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of industry related experience.


Scope

Establishes operational objectives and work plans for division, and drives efforts to completion across various teams.


Discretion

Erroneous decisions will result in critical delay(s) in schedules and/or unit operations and may jeopardize overall business activities.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the HCM, payroll, or benefits industry
  • Have the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Must be flexible and quick to adapt to sudden changes and issues.
  • Experience with isolved HCM software preferred but not required
  • Self-directed, self-motivated, and creative individual with an inquisitive and persistent nature
  • Excels in a high performing and professional team in a remote work environment
