MANAGER- 3rd Level Support

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a small team of individuals that will work closely with product management, sales, partner enablement team, Tier 2 support, Certified Network Partners and the organizational readiness team.
  • Communicate product enhancements and help resolve product/technical issues. 
  • Gather support related business requirements, and write functional product requirement requests, including all materials needed for a successful development effort.
  • Develop materials that outline the technical and business case for new product releases.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of iSolved is required
  • 3+ Years of iSolved or Payroll product experience
  • Proficiency in technical writing
  • Project management skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Works well with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to meet scheduled delivery target dates
  • Must be detail-oriented

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • B.S. /B.A. in Communications, English or Business with 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6 years' experience in the service bureau industry is required
