Summary/objective

The Lead, Talent Services Sales is a high-performing sales professional responsible for driving adoption and expansion of isolved's Talent solutions. In addition to direct sales responsibilities, this role serves as a process leader, identifying and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness across Talent sales efforts. While maintaining full quota accountability, the Lead, Talent Services Sales helps refine sales strategies, supports team-wide adoption of Talent solutions, and ensures alignment with company objectives.


Core Job Duties

  • Drive adoption and expansion of isolved's Talent solutions across multiple sales channels while maintaining full quota responsibility.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the Talent sales cycle, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a resource for sales teams, sharing best practices and providing guidance on Talent offerings to enhance sales performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to remove barriers to sales execution and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Analyze sales data and client feedback to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead by example in sales execution, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

Interaction

Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Makes recommendations for new procedures.

Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Exercises initiative and judgement in completing recurring assignments. Often acts as a facilitator and team leader.

Typically requires a minimum of 6+ years of related experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services, preferably within HCM technology, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Strong ability to assess client needs, position Talent solutions effectively, and drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize sales processes and improve team-wide efficiency while maintaining personal quota accountability.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools to track and optimize sales performance.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds.


Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
