Summary/objective
The Lead, Retirement Services plays a critical role in driving the success of isolved's Retirement Services offerings. This individual is responsible for consulting with clients on retirement plan solutions while serving as a peer mentor and point of contact within the Retirement Services team. As a trusted advisor and Lead, this role supports strategic growth initiatives, fosters collaboration across departments, and helps identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention through integrated retirement planning solutions. The Lead, Retirement Services contributes to the overall success of isolved's Retirement Services strategy by actively advancing our Retirement Services both internally and externally.
Core Job Duties
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of isolved's Retirement Services solutions, including product features and market positioning
- Conduct consultative client engagements to assess retirement planning needs and align isolved solutions to business goals
- Support team members through training, mentorship, and process guidance
- Act as a liaison for Retirement Services within the Retirement Services team and other internal stakeholders
- Serve as point of contact for escalations and complex client questions related to retirement plans
- Analyze client feedback and sales performance to inform recommendations and future strategy
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring a high-quality client experience
- Coordinate with operations and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of retirement solutions
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute insights on market trends and team development
- On a weekly basis, coach 2-3 Retirement Specialists on sales strategy, approach, value proposition, etc.
- Actively participate in interview process for Retirement Services candidates

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in retirement services, benefits sales, financial services, or HCM solutions
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate complex sales cycles
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate clients on technical solutions
- Experience mentoring peers and contributing to team success through informal Leadership
- Familiarity with retirement industry regulations, trends, and best practices
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
