Summary/objective

The Lead, HR Services Sales plays a pivotal role in driving sales success within our organization. This individual is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with isolved's diverse client base. The Lead, HR Services Sales adds value to the isolved experience by sharing relevant industry news, asking insightful questions and offering HR solutions that save your clients' time, money and frustration. A lead inspires positive communication within the team and works collaboratively to achieve goals. As a trusted advisor, active contributions are expected to the company's sales success in a professional, deliberate and quantifiable manner.


Core Job Duties

  • Develop a thorough understanding of isolved's HR offerings.
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate your clients' needs by consistenly doing the activity metrics.
  • Upsell clients while maintaining the feelings of goodwill that create clients for life.
  • Collaborate with support/operations to ensure clients have a great experience.
  • Collaborate and refer to core/strategic cam partners and 401k team appropriate leads.
  • Develop sales strategies and tactics aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Motivate and coach team members to improve performance.
  • Act as the point of contact for team members as it pertains to role and department process, escalations and ongoing training.

Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Makes recommendations for new procedures.

Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Exercises initiative and judgement in completing recurring assignments. Often acts as a facilitator and team leader.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services, preferably within HCM technology, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to consult with clients, identify needs, and effectively sell solutions that drive business value.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific concepts, regulations, and best practices relevant to the role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients and simplify complex topics.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure client success.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving sales environment with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
