Job Description

The isolved Junior Motion Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of 2D and 3D projects that will challenge your creativity and help shape the future of our brand while building on a vast library of motion assets. As a Junior Motion Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize, design, and execute captivating motion graphics for a variety of mediums, including but not limited to video content, social media assets, presentations, digital advertisements, and more. You will be an essential part of our design process, working closely with the Creative Director, Senior Designers and other team members to bring ideas to life through motion and animation.

Core Job Duties

• Sketch, ideate, and generate new concepts quickly based on direction and self-driven research
• Collaborate with various marketing teams to develop concepts and storyboards for motion graphic projects.
• Design and create 2D and 3D motion graphics that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Utilize your expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop) to craft visually appealing and engaging animations.
• Combine creativity with technical skills to seamlessly integrate motion graphics into various mediums, ensuring a polished and cohesive final product.
• Assist in editing and post-production tasks, including video compositing, color correction, and audio synchronization.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and production, to ensure deliverables meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, manage time efficiently, and communicate progress effectively to ensure timely project completion.
• Ability to clearly articulate design fundamentals (typography, layout, grid, hierarchy, color, animation, composition)
• Assist with general design, concepts and production.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in motion graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D motion graphics projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, and design aesthetics.
• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas, provide and receive feedback, and collaborate with team members.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and post-production techniques.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience and a standout portfolio will also be considered.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in motion graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D motion graphics projects.
