Job Description

The isolved Legal intern will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in isolved's culture, products, technology, and business across the country. isolved is a rapidly growing technology company and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in the human resources and human capital management space. Our legal intern will work with a lean in-house counsel team providing legal and compliance support to the entire organization. isolved will assist the legal intern to develop an understanding of what it takes to achieve success as an in-house counsel in a medium to large sized technology company on a daily basis.


Core Job Duties

  • Shadowing in-house counsel and gaining exposure to corporate transactions
  • Assist with contracts document control project
  • Collaborate with various business units to develop best practices
  • Conduct legal research on a wide variety of legal and compliance related issues and write memoranda
  • Assist with ACH authorization contract project
  • Assist with ERISA compliance
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled in an ABA accredited law school
  • Second/third year law students are preferred
  • Applicant should have related experience/background/course work/other indicia of interest in the fields of technology, human resources, or similar industries
  • Display a collaborative attitude and be a strong team player
  • Demonstrate a strong academic performance
  • Have reliable access to the internet on a daily basis
