Integrations Coordinator
Summary/objective
The Integrations Coordinator provides administrative support to the isolved Integration
Organization. In this position, you must ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly,
especially when they involve collaboration between multiple areas. In addition, you will act
as the first point of contact and ensure that all documentation and information is available
to all parties.
Essential Job Functions
• Coordinate efforts between isolved integration departments
• Coordinate and assist with onboarding of newly acquired business
• Coordinate data imports into CRM system
• Coordinate data imports into the isolved platform
• Assist with data management, including data audits and manual cleanup
work
• Other projects as assigned
Job Complexity
• Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete
assigned tasks.
Interaction
• Works on assignments that are semi- routine in nature but recognizes the need for
occasional deviation from accepted practice.
Supervision
• Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only
on new assignments. Work may be spot- checked in progress and upon completion.
Experience
• Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 3 years of related experience.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or Associate degree plus two years related experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel (V lookups, pivot tables) & Microsoft Power BI
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Demonstrated functional business process knowledge related to payroll services
• Ability to work within a team environment, ensuring team efficiency
• Ability to self-manage and deliver solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
