Job Description

The isolved Integration Specialist provides ongoing support and open enrollment assistance to our customers utilizing our carrier feed platforms. Research isolved setup, enrollments and outbound files. Works with 3rd party vendors, customers and brokers to actively listen and address questions or concerns and provide timely resolution.


Core Job Duties

  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors on questions, escalations, orders and enhanced processes and provide or facilitate timely solutions.
  • Monitor isolved and vendor dashboards to proactively look for errored files and reach out to customers to work with them on addressing and correcting errors.
  • Assist in researching discrepancies and reporting between systems and resolve inaccuracies.
  • Facilitate annual enrollment orders with vendors and file change orders during open enrollment.
  • Partner with internal benefits team and implementation teams on plan builds, updates and related questions to facilitate the EDI process seamlessly.
  • Coordinate with integration team on various APIs.
  • Manage customer escalted issues and drive resolution.
  • Build strong customer relationships, consulting with them to make recommendations for appropriate benefit plan setup and integration with carriers.
  • Manage a variety of benefit plan information (retirement, FSA, medical, dental, vision, disability, life, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring plans are established according to client summary plan descriptions, eligibilty and termination rules.
  • Maintain regular communications with the customers and vendors to keep them apprised of the status of their outstanding questions/issues or implementation projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suit, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs
  • Discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Initiative and the desire to own problems from start to finish
  • 2+ years of HRIS or carrier feeds experience
  • Typically requires no previous professional experience.
