Integration Program Manager

The Integration Program Manager will manage the planning and project management processes in support of several M&A projects related to the integration of newly acquired businesses. This role is part of the Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) and will report directly to the Director of IT Services. The Integration Program Manager will be assigned to individual M&A Integration programs to manage the integration processes in partnership with functional leadership. This role will translate the M&A objectives into project plans, goals and actions to ensure ISolved standards for quality, timeline, and budget are met and strategic synergies are achieved.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Engage in early stage preparation activities, including due diligence, budget reviews and project planning to ensure integration workstream alignment with the strategy
  • Manage all aspects of complex projects related to recent mergers, acquisitions and office closures through the entire lifecycle of the transaction
  • Develop project documents, project plans and define scope, sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
  • Identify risks and solutions for mitigation
  • Participate in resource planning/utilization as appropriate
  • Develop and manage timelines, schedules and resource allocation
  • Facilitate work group meetings.
  • Prepare and present status report to management and M&A Leadership
  • Facilitate and/or participate in onsite status meetings at acquired location
  • Manage in person, office and end user integration or office turndown activities
  • Maintain and disseminate tools, templates and tracking mechanisms to track risks, issues and opportunities and define inter-functional dependencies within the integration process
  • Day-to-day oversight of integration workstreams and the associated plans and deliverables
  • Responsibilities Project management of all acquisitions, office closures through the entire lifecycle of the transaction
  • Adopts best practices (ITSM/ITIL) for improved support & servicing.
  • Adopts internal delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Kanban) with measured success criteria to deliver continuous, iterative value
  • Ensure our MA playbook is kept up to date and that we are following our timelines to best collaborate with key groups in the organization
  • Capture and record lessons learned
  • Lead special projects for the PMO, as required
  • Rationalizes redundant tool investments & defines investment & cost reduction strategies

Essential Requirements:

  • Prior experience managing merger and acquisition integration projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of Project Management principles, concepts and practices.
  • Ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggest solutions.
  • Ability to communicate the needs of others effectively.
  • Ability to conduct training and informational sessions.
  • Ability to maintain favorable public relations and perform problem/issue resolution.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, build consensus, facilitate working sessions, and negotiate solutions and alternatives.
  • Thorough knowledge of advanced concepts and basic operating principles of data communications and information systems hardware and software.
  • Ability to resolve conflicting high-priority requirements.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong computer, proofreading, research and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to work professionally and independently on assigned tasks and to complete assignments in a timely manner with great attention to detail.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with corporate c-level, vendors and all levels of staff.
  • Proficiency at creating technical documentation for projects and procedures utilizing Microsoft collaboration tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Has the ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines.

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require minimal travel.

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
