Job Description

The isolved Implementation Manager will oversee the technical application design, construction, and implementation for assigned accounts and projects. This role will be responsible for leading a team of Implementation Specialists, developing ongoing plan operations as needed, and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client benefit inquiries as well as ensuring projects and plans to ensure implementations are processed efficiently.

Core Job Duties

• Responsible for leading a small implementation team
• Ability to manage and ensure deliverables are within timeline and scope
• Ensure clients get the best implementation experience and guidance throughout the process
• Overseeing the implementation of new HCM and Benefit Services clients
• Organize and lead meetings with the clients to promote forward progress of the implementation process in a way that facilitates the process for the client
• Bring in SMEs to cover topics such as Benefits, COBRA, FSA and POP and ERISA at the appropriate time
• Ultimately responsible for client satisfaction before being transitioned to Customer Service
• Ability to manage and ensure deliverables are within timeline and scope
• Other projects as assigned by the Director of Implementation
• Follow defined project plan in order to effectively implement additional HCM services
• Communication of all steps, and progress on a regularly scheduled basis with client and team
• Schedule and complete necessary new client on-site, telephone, or internet training to customer's satisfaction
• Manage client relationship and provide primary client service throughout implementation

Minimum Qualifications

• HCM and isolved experience a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A strong product, service, and technical background
• Proven customer service skills
• Highly organized, able to multi-task and work with others etc.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent preferred
