Job Description

The isolved Implementation Associate will be responsible for assisting our customers with the design and activation of their isolved Cloudservice solution. As functional experts, they will help lead the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their HCM platform software and associated business processes.


Core Job Duties

  • Lead customers through activations of various isolved software applications, ensuring their payroll, time and HR business processes are set up effectively.
  • Prepare customers for post-activation self-sufficiency by delivering isolved system training as part of the activation process.
  • Plan and review key project timelines with customers to ensure deliverables and "go lives" are achieved.
  • Escalate potential issues early to resolve without affecting activation timeline goals.
  • Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the isolved solution activation process and how we can more efficiently meet the needs of the customer.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen their knowledge base and proficiencies, share acquired skills with team members and encourage development of internal staff.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Functional Business Process experience in Payroll (minimum 2 years)
  • Customer focused, leveraging exceptional support and communication skills
  • Software implementation experience
  • Technical understanding and capabilities
  • Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative driven
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills
  • Passion for customer satisfaction
  • Two-year degree or equivalent education and business experience.
