Job Description

The isolved IMO Specialist will support the transition of clients from a network partner to our isolved HCM platform. This position is expected to utilize existing tools and software to successfully assist with mapping a client's profile and setup from their existing network partner to our isolved platform. This position will collaborate with all members of the IMO team to assist with ensuring a smooth transition to the isolved security group and service model. This position will exist in a team environment, where the team is responsible to manage client expectations and minimize client and employee impact.

Core Job Duties

• Assist with executing the acquisition M&A project plan.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional IMO team members to ensure project plan workflows are being followed.
• Compile and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Assist the M&A team with any client communication needs and communicate with the predecessor owner(s) as needed.
• Support workstreams around the client transition to fill in where needed to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years HCM/payroll experience (or relevant client support experience)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Project management experience or certification
• Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Ability to work with multiple teams and ensuring team efficiency
• Ability to self-manage and independently deliver solutions
• Ability to work and collaborate successfully in a team environment
• Strong proficiency with Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) required
• Ability to roll-up sleeves and assist team members in task completion
• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
