Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Coordinator's role will encompass support of the Chief People Officer, the Human Resources team and administration of core human resources functions including: talent acquisition, training, employee engagement, onboarding, DE&I, as well as, benefit and compensation administration, employee relations and regulatory compliance.


Principle Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of companywide organizational development programs affirming isolved's culture, vision and mission.
  • Implement and maintain programs and practices that will protect the interests of the organization, promote positive morale and provide positive and productive employer-employee relations.
  • Access and navigate electronic PHI and effectively navigate our cloud-based SaaS HCM solution, isolved.
  • Coordination of meetings and travel for the Chief People Officer.
  • Human Resources American Express corporate credit card administrator and monthly receipt reconciliation.
  • Anniversary and Employee Recognition program administration
  • Create content for All Hands and Board of Directors (BOD) Meetings on a quarterly basis
  • Analyze Employee Engagement Survey data and contribute to the Executive results breakdown communications
  • Recruit, interview and support talent management from "hire to retire"
  • Conduct new hire and benefit orientation meetings and process enrollments for new employees
  • Assist with research and development of new products related to achieving greater efficiencies within the HR Department
  • Provide communications within the organization that promote employee understanding of programs, policies, and objectives along with developing positive employee morale
  • Compile data from personnel records and prepare reports
  • Record and maintain employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, personnel actions and termination date and reason
  • Organize appropriate employee recognition and motivation activities, including service awards, presentations, company lunches and theme events
  • Support HR Management Team as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistical analysis, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suit, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs
  • Discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Initiative and the desire to own problems from start to finish
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Overtime is a condition of employment

Desired Ideal Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of HRIS or general human resources or administrative experience
