Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will gain practical experience in HR operations to include but not limited to recruiting and employee development. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate employee records and supporting various HR-related activities. This internship offers valuable insights into our company's approach to HR policies and procedures.


Core Job Duties

  • Access and navigate electronic PHI and effectively navigate our cloud-based SaaS HCM solution, isolved
  • Data entry including compiling and maintaining employee records related to employment and benefits administration
  • Assist with the new employee onboarding process
  • Assist with new hire and termination documentation and HCM updates
  • Maintenance of active and historic employee files, including archiving employee documentation to ensure proper record retention and compliance
  • Adhere to programs and practices that will protect the interests of the organization, promote positive morale, and provide positive and productive employer-employee relations
  • Support HR Management as requested
  • Support the HR Business Unit in the development and communication of companywide development or engagement programs and initiatives affirming isolved culture, vision, and mission.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs
  • Discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Initiative and the desire to own problems from start to finish
