Job Description

The isolved Hubspot Administrator will bring Marketing and Sales strategies to life within HubSpot, using automation, workflows, integrations, reporting, and analytic functions. This role will implement business processes, manage workflows, coordinate updates from our SugarCRM team, and ensure accurate reporting data is made available to support various internal teams.


Core Job Duties

  • Lead and support the operational functions of HubSpot Marketing Automation.
  • Provide the team creative solutions to tracking and advanced campaign metrics.
  • Manage data in HubSpot by developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality, integrity, and maintenance projects.
  • Develop insightful HubSpot dashboards and reports using outstanding analytics and reporting skills.
  • Oversee the creation and management of HubSpot properties working with our SugarCRM team.
  • Assist with list and contact management.
  • Manage user access and permissions within HubSpot, and work with marketing leaders to determine appropriate user permissions, roles, and teams for all users.
  • Maintain updated system documentation and HubSpot policies/procedures.
  • Help to support the day-to-day running of the business within HubSpot, which includes interacting with business users and technology partners, in support of the HubSpot CRM environment.
  • Act as the account manager, responsible for all new user setups and deactivation, including data transfers for deactivated users.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional experience with the HubSpot Marketing Automation platform
  • Have a deep understanding of the platform and it's capabilities.
  • HubSpot Certifications focused on Inbound, Marketing Software, and Marketing Process or progress towards completing is a plus.
  • Experience working cross functionally with a CRM team outside of HubSpot.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing rigorous initiatives on a regular basis.
  • Possess problem-solving, attention to detail and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of MS Office Application Suite
  • A desire to continually grow and apply new skills.
  • The ability to build processes, implement them and continuously improve upon them.
  • Ability to navigate complex data relationships from multiple business units.
