Summary/objective

This position will bring Marketing and Sales strategies to life within HubSpot, using automation, workflows, integrations, reporting, and analytic functions. This role will implement and manage Sales Hub projects while managing our sales user base.

This position requires an individual that knows the full capabilities of the HubSpot Sales Hub environment, while providing support through technical/problem-solving capability to the sales and marketing teams.


Core Job Duties

  • Lead and support the operational functions of HubSpot Sales Hub.
  • Provide the team with creative solutions to tracking sales hub metrics.
  • Develop insightful HubSpot dashboards and reports using analytics and reporting skills.
  • Assist with list and contact management.
  • Manage user access and permissions within HubSpot, and work with marketing leaders to determine appropriate user permissions, roles, and teams for all users.
  • Maintain updated system documentation and HubSpot Sales Hub policies/procedures.
  • Help to support the day-to-day running of the business within HubSpot, which includes interacting with business users and technology partners, in support of the HubSpot CRM environment.
  • Act as the account manager, responsible for all new user setups and deactivation, including data transfers for deactivated users.

Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.


Experience

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work

experience.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years professional experience with the HubSpot Marketing Automation platform
  • Have a deep understanding of the platform and its capabilities.
  • HubSpot Certifications focused on Sales Software, and Marketing Process or progress towards completing is a plus.
  • Experience working cross functionally with a CRM team outside of HubSpo.t
  • Experience training sales teams.
  • Show proficiency in managing rigorous initiatives regularly.
  • Possess problem-solving, attention to detail and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of MS Office Application Suite
  • A desire to continually grow and apply new skills.
  • The ability to build processes, implement them and continuously improve upon them.
  • Ability to navigate complex data relationships from multiple business units.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.


Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
