Job Description

The isolved HRIS Implementation Specialist is responsible for assisting our customers with the design and implementation of their isolved solution. As functional experts, they lead the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their software solution, with a primary focus on Human Resource modules.


Core Job Duties

  • Leads new customers through iSolved implementations, ensuring the customer's employee data and HR business processes are configured accurately and are customized according to each customer's unique business demands.
  • Creates and manages project plans and teams to ensure project deliverables and customer launch dates are met.
  • Partners with other isolved teams to ensure all customer needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach.
  • Monitors the implementation process for potential issues and escalates issues as needed to ensure the customer's needs are met and the implementation process schedule is maintained.
  • Prepares customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering iSolved system training as part of the Implementation process.
  • Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the HR Implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability and HCM platform.
  • Builds solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources.
  • Adheres to company and departmental policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated functional business process knowledge related to HR services
  • Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in delivering Human Resource services.
  • Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
