Job Description

The isolved HR Assistant will provide essential administrative support for various HR processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records will contribute to the smooth functioning of our HR operations.


Core Job Duties

  • Assist in various HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
  • Contribute to talent management activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Support HR Business Partner in employee relation processes.
  • Address internal and external HR inquiries, providing information on benefits, policies, and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing business needs.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information.
