HCM TAX Implementation Specialist

Job Overview: HCM Tax Implementation Specialists are responsible for assisting our customers with the design and implementation of their Infinisource iSolved tax fulfillment solution.  As functional experts, they lead the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their tax set up, with a primary focus on agency requirements and payroll business processes.   

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads Implementation project managers and associates through iSolved tax implementations, ensuring the clients data, payroll reports, tax liability payments and tax returns are configured accurately.
• Responsible for the identification, research and correction of all new client's payroll tax history versus the iSolved platforms.
• Partners with other teams to ensure all customer needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach.
• Implements new client account numbers, SUI rates, and deposit frequencies.
• Obtains & disperses POA forms to appropriate agencies; follows each state mandated Electronic Fund Transfer authorization requirements and online TPA registrations, where required.
• Ensures clients are in compliance with federal and state agency mandates.
• Reports potential company risk resulting form prior quarter discrepancies, to management and formulates a plan to mitigate that risk going forward.
• Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the payroll tax implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance technical capabilities.
• Builds customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources.
• Adheres to government agency and corporate policies.
• Some travel (less than 10%) may be required.

The job requires OT especially at quarter ends and year end.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Familiar with Federal and State Government agencies requirements and processes
• Demonstrate functional business process knowledge related to payroll tax services
• Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate a success in a strong attention to details, problem solving, and initiative
• Demonstrate a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of experience in delivering payroll services, including 

experience with payroll tax.

Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Four-year degree or equivalent education and industry experience.

The selected candidate will be subject to a background, credit check and drug screen upon offer of employment.
