Job Overview: The Partner General Ledger (GL) Coding Specialist is responsible for assisting partners with the training, build, testing and implementation of partner's customer's GL setup, using the iSolved solution. This may be part of the partner's enablement process or as they bring on new customers with unique GL reporting requirements it may require the assistance from this role. This position will also be required to supplement our sales team as needed with GL expertise in the sales process of a new partner. Therefore, good communication and presentation skills are required. This position may also engage with partners in a professional services relationship where they assist partners in building out customer's GL for a designated fee.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists partners in the training and building of GL Rules in accordance with customer's GL design.
• Tests GL reports to verify accuracy of GL setup.
• Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the Partner GL Implementation and Support process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase partner and customer satisfaction, drive efficiency and enhance their technical capability.
• Builds solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources
• Assists in the sales process as needed as a SME for GL upon request
• Adheres to company and departmental policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated functional business process knowledge related to payroll services
• Demonstrated functional General Ledger or accounting experience related to payroll
• Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present at both a high level and more detailed level
• Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative
• Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of one years of experience with payroll and/or accounting concepts.
• Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
