Job Description

The HCM Field Sales Selling Manager will be responsible for generating sales in the outside sales-based environment, as well as managing a sales team to achieve the growth goals of isolved HCM. The HCM Field Sales Selling Manager will be expected to meet or exceed individual assigned sales goals, as well as lead new initiatives to drive future growth of the technology business. This position will give you the opportunity to play a key role in increasing our company relationships out within the community by working with diverse clientele groups. environment and work in a career you know you were meant to have!


Core Job Duties

  • Follow up on leads to generate new sales
  • Foster relationships with outside customers
  • Achieve individual monthly quota objectives
  • Execute against assigned strategic plans to ensure your direct reports achieve their individual quota objectives
  • Make decisions regarding staff
  • Effectively engage with all personalities and business roles
  • Lead by example

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication skills and an independent thinker
  • HCM Experience preferred.
