Job Description

The isolved HCM Data Analyst will extract, analyze, map and electronically convert data from various customer platforms into Infinisource's iSolved platform to ensure a smooth conversion of customer's data onto our HCM software. Experience with Microsoft Access, Advanced Excel, and Power BI/ Power Query is required. Quality and accuracy are extremely important.

Core Job Duties

• Create programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and importing data from customers' payroll, accounting and HRIS platforms as required by project plan.
• Design and construct statements of work
• Extract Data from legacy systems
• Map and transform data from legacy systems
• Use various tools such as PDF2Excel and Power Query to manipulate data into workable format
• Convert PDF Data to Excel
• Troubleshoot errors
• Facilitate satisfactory communication and resolution of problems and works with various members of implementation and project team to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Examine data quality, applications, and functions
• Provide accurate and appropriate interpretation of data, applying knowledge to evaluation, analysis, and importing of data.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with team members and management, and communicates results effectively to management, project team and/or customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Required are strong technical aptitude and an understanding of the business and service and implementation procedures.
• The individual must be a motivated team player that is well organized, and detail oriented with demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Access, Advanced Excel, and Power BI/ Power Query are required.
• Familiarity with HCM solutions and/or the payroll industry is also desired.
• 2 years' experience with Microsoft Access, Advanced Excel and Power BI/Power Query is required.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills required
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent work experience
