BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION The primary responsibility of this role is to extract, analyze, map and electronically convert data from various customer platforms into the iSolved platform to ensure a smooth conversion of customer's data onto our HCM software. Experience with, Advanced Excel, and Power BI/ Power Query is required. Quality and accuracy are extremely important. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION Create programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and importing data from customers' payroll, accounting and HRIS platforms as required by project plan. Design and construct statements of work Extract Data from legacy systems Map and transform data from legacy systems Use various tools such as PDF2Excel and Power Query to manipulate data into workable format Convert PDF Data to Excel Troubleshoot errors Facilitate satisfactory communication and resolution of problems and works with various members of implementation and project team to ensure customer deadlines are met. Examine data quality, applications, and functions Provide accurate and appropriate interpretation of data, applying knowledge to evaluation, analysis, and importing of data. Communicate regularly and effectively with team members and management, and communicates results effectively to management, project team and/or customers. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION 2 years' experience with Advanced Excel and Power BI/Power Query is required. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills required Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent work experience SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

EXPERIENCE with HCM solutions and/or the payroll industry is mandatory. Required are strong technical aptitude and an understanding of the business and service and implementation procedures. The individual must be a motivated team player that is well organized and detail oriented with demonstrated problem solving and decision making abilities. Computer skills in Advanced Excel, and Power BI/ Power Query are required.

  PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Normal working conditions require normal to close concentration, visual attention and manual dexterity. Lifting requirements less than 10 pounds.
