Job Overview: HCM Operations Customer Transition Specialist is responsible for communicating with customers that have chosen to terminate services and manage the process of communicating internally and ensuring that services have been turned off timely.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage communications between iSolved and customers during the transition period
- Determine cancellation scenario and manage the customer expectations
- Update Netsuite to control termination workflow to departments and vendors
- Monitor the status of cancellations and ensure that departments have completed their portion
- Update iSolved to turn off legal services and manage the termination tab
- Provide weekly and monthly termination updates to management and Finance
- Assist at quarter-end and year-end to ensure proper procedures are followed and customers in termination status are processed accordingly
- Update billing according to termination procedures and ensure customers are properly billed and closed
- Manage term-access for customers and bill accordingly
- Participate in special projects as assigned by Director
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrates functional business process knowledge related to payroll services
- Knowledge of quarterly and annual payroll filings
- Demonstrates strong technical aptitude and capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
- Ability to multitask
- Able to manage deadlines
- Demonstrates success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative
- Demonstrates passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience with payroll, including experience with payroll tax.
- Software experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
The selected candidate will be subject to a background and credit check and drug screen upon offer of employment.
