Job Description

The isolved HCM Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the Customer Support teams by processing and analyzing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports, utilizing key metrics to identify areas for process improvement.

Core Job Duties

• Create, run, and analyze a variety of reports
• Coordinate data imports into CRM system
• Coordinate data imports into the isolved platform
• Assist with data management, including data audits and manual cleanup work
• Other projects as assigned by the VP of Operations

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or Associate's Degree plus two years related experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel (V lookups, pivot tables) & Microsoft Power BI
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Demonstrated functional business process knowledge related to payroll services
• Ability to work within a team environment, ensuring team efficiency
• Ability to self-manage and deliver solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
