Job Description

The isolved Human Capital Management Administrator is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's HCM system. This role will be responsible for maintaining and organizing human resources information. The HCM Administrator focuses on upgrading and automating current recruiting incentive programs, creating and maintaining custom ad hoc reports and queries. Will also maintain a library of reports in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


Core Job Duties

  • Prepare, enter, maintain, and update employee and position data in isolved PeopleCloud (employee new hires, changes and terminations).
  • Maintain and support HR applications to ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and auditing data flow, troubleshooting issues and developing ways to improve data quality.
  • Manage data analysis and reporting needs for the HR department including HR data analytics updates to Predictive People Analytics platform.
  • Upgrading and automating our current recruiting incentive programs.
  • Create and maintain custom ad hoc reports and queries and maintain a library of reports in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Preparing reports and dashboards for executive members on hiring.
  • Design, analyze, and provide statistical reports for HR/Organizational metrics dashboard.
  • Manage daily HCM operations and data entry in isolved People Cloud, including security access, maintenance, administration, and systems integrity of all HR systems.
  • Serve as the HR systems and process expert for implementations, upgrades, and configuration changes to align with business needs.
  • Lead HR systems updates/upgrades, working with vendors (internal and external) to test changes to ensure systems and processes are working as designed.
  • Communicate system and process changes to business units across the organization.
  • Assist in the development of training documentation, system configurations, and programming documents which will be used to train employees.
  • Acts as liaison for employees and management to answer questions regarding HRIS systems and data policies, practices, and regulations.
  • Support HR projects, including the annual benefits enrollment, performance reviews, merit increase process, department audits, training, etc.
  • Support HCM data audits and partner with other HR team functions to ensure completion and submission.
  • Maintain Share & Perform employee information pages and employee documentation library.
  • Work with IT to maintain Outlook distribution lists and employee access.
  • isolved HR Systems Accountability: Including but not limited to: isolved People Cloud, isolved ATS, isolved Share & Perform, isolved Predictive People Analytics, Org Plus etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 1 year of experience developing, implementing, and managing core HCM/HRIS technology.
  • Prior database management experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Must understand the importance of discretion and handling confidential information.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work well in teams or independently.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Human Resources Information Professional (HRIP) certification.
  • Intermediate HCM database management and reporting skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with implementation and upgrades of HCM systems.
