Graphic/Digital Marketing Designer
We are seeking to hire a Graphic/Digital Marketing Designer for our in-house Creative Services - Marketing team. Working with a small team of designers, strategists and writers this position will be responsible for but not limited to producing branded email campaigns, templates, and effective landing pages for lead conversion. In addition to digital marketing tasks this position will also include designing print layouts, creating ads, flyers, postcards, signage, and collaborating with the events team to execute show graphics. It is a fast-paced work environment, with a need for quick, but high quality turnarounds. Organization and attention to detail is a must while being able to multi-task.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly motivated, energetic, and who can balance their own work load while supporting out the rest of the Creative team as needed, who can be proactive about upcoming projects, and is a good communicator. Being creative and flexible to individual ideas is a must, but you will also maintain the high standards of the company's overall branding.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in digital marketing/graphic design
- Proficiency with the latest Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, HTML/CSS and digital content creation practices (i.e. email templates, landing pages, templates) Responsive web design a plus.
- Take creative concepts from illustration to code.
- Strong project management, organizational and planning skills
- Ability to own multiple phases of a project while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, prioritizing skills, attention to detail and multitask.
- Knowledge of printing, prepress and digital processes.
Job Title: Graphic/Digital Marketing Designer
This position will report to the Creative Services Manager.
