Front Desk Admin

Position: Admin'Front Desk
Position Description: Responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, greeting
visitors, mail processing, and flow of correspondence. Provides general office support
with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Must work well under pressure;
meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines. Shall at all times demonstrate
cooperative behavior with co-workers and management.
Reports To: Susan Dolph
Essential Functions:
Answer and route phone calls
Greet and assist clients and visitors to the office
Process E-Verify requests
Create and distribute worker's compensation certificates
File worker's compensation paperwork
Sort incoming mail and process outgoing mail
Prepare labels for overnight shipments (Fed Ex, UPS, DHL)
Submit and track background checks
Requirements:
Professional appearance
Pleasant demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of secretarial and office administrative procedures
Knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
Basic computer skills
Machines and Equipment: 20-line switchboard, computer, fax, postage meter
Typical Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
Typical Mental Demands: Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
