and generated more than 8,000,000 COBRA notices without a single adverse judgment or penalty. When it comes to
benefits administration, years of experience matter.
BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
The Fringe Benefits Funding Supervisor will oversee the posting of Employer Funding Credits, reconciling the clients' current funding balances, determining when services may be suspended for failure to fund.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
- Ensuring that employer funding credits are posted to the WEX Health platform daily;
- Completing post- plan year funding reconciliations, determining how and when to return excess funding to clients, or collecting additional funding, as needed;
- Monitoring and communicating with clients when funding is not received by IBS;
- Determining when clients' services may need to be suspended for failure to fund and communicating with appropriate departments to take necessary action
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION
- Two or more years' experience in accounting or banking required; Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
- Strong telephone and e-mail communication skills, ability to speak and write clearly and concisely
- Strong computer skills, including: using web-based applications, Microsoft Excel (including the ability to create and use formulas)
- Excellent mathematics skills
