Job Description

The isolved Executive Assistant is responsible for ensuring the success of our Executives through direct administrative support. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of the President & CEO as well other west coast based C-level executives.


Core Job Duties

  • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings (via Outlook Calendar), conferences, virtual conferences, and travel.
  • Proactively manage active high level travel itineraries.
  • Coordinates executive and BOD meetings and off sites.
  • Manages expense reports and credit card statement reconciliation.
  • Prepares, analyzes, and restructures reports and presentations.
  • Operates with exemplary discretion, maintains executive confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related administrative and office management duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of applicable experience.
  • 5+ years of executive level administrative experience
  • Ability to proactively support multiple c-level executives simultaneously
  • Prior comprehensive travel itinerary management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technically savvy, expert level Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, social media etc.
  • Delivers results - high service delivery expectation
  • Positive, can-do, will-do attitude
