Summary/objective
The Enterprise Solutions Consultant is a pivotal member of our sales team, responsible for engaging with clients of 500 or more employees. This role involves collaborating exclusively with internal partners to deliver comprehensive Human Capital Management solutions. The consultant will leverage advanced expertise to support sales efforts, conduct in-depth product demonstrations, and provide technical guidance to ensure client success.
Core Job Duties
- Perform comprehensive and tailored technical demonstrations of the complete isolved Human Capital Management suite, showcasing advanced features and capabilities to meet specific client needs.
- Partner with internal sales teams to strategize and execute upselling initiatives, introducing new products and services to existing clients.
- Lead integration scoping calls with prospects and vendors to determine technical capabilities of data movement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address obstacles in the sales process, ensuring a seamless client acquisition experience.
- Provide expert responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- Work with internal technical resources to continually develop and improve the client demonstration environment and processes, ensuring it reflects the latest product capabilities and industry best practices.
- Monitor and analyze competitor offerings and market trends to inform product positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Utilize the Sugar/HubSpot CRM solution and other company tools according to the current set of standards, maintaining meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Maintain current knowledge of the application and technical features of all solutions in our sales portfolio, dedicating time to learning new functionality and developing technical expertise as new features, modules, or solutions are added.
- Represent the company at trade shows, user conferences, and industry events, delivering presentations and engaging with attendees to promote our solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.

Minimum Qualifications
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities, with a talent for conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in crafting professional written responses, particularly for RFPs/RFIs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, exhibiting self-motivation and initiative in a remote or independent work environment.
- Strong technical acumen with the capacity to rapidly learn and apply new technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in the HCM domain.
- A minimum of 5-7 years in client-facing roles within the Human Capital Management sector, with a deep understanding of payroll, HR, benefits administration, timekeeping, and onboarding processes.
- Proven experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) technologies, particularly within the HCM landscape.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
