Job Description

The isolved Enterprise Data Solutions Analyst will work with data and systems to support the delivery of services that help ensure success of data management across the business in support of the company's operational goals. Will collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze and ensure data quality and integrity. Will work with leaders to ensure adherence to governance policies as well as compliance with regulations. Will be responsible for recommending improvements in data management processes and collaborate closely with others to implement change. This person will have the ability to understand and translate trends related to data management to meet business needs.

Core Job Duties

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve data inconsistencies and quality issues
• Collaborate with IT and business units to develop data cleanup procedures and ensure a unified approach to data
• Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Participate in the implementation of data validation rules and standardize data entry procedures
• Assist in developing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations
• Participate in cross-functional data governance meetings and initiatives
• Develop and maintain reports to monitor adherence to data governance standards
• Help implement and maintain master data management (MDM) policies, tools, and systems
• Provide analytics support to Data Solutions Team and other business units by interpreting data and analyzing results
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports as an SME of data sources and definitions
• Utilize statistical techniques to interpret data and identify trends
• Participate in data-related projects from inception to completion
• Prepare and present information and updates related to data projects to stakeholders
• Provide ad-hoc training and mentoring to support enhancement of team skills in data management and analysis
• Collaborate with IT, internal stakeholders, and external partners to achieve data-related objectives and timelines
• Communicate complex data concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure mutual understanding

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of related experience
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with and interpret complex data, solving complex problems
• Strong attention to detail to identify and prevent data inconsistencies and anomalies
• Understanding of how data structure, volume, and access method can affect overall system performance
• Ability to think critically and evaluate the implications of various scenarios
• Proficient in advanced use of Excel
• Experience with enterprise database management concepts like relational databases, ETL (extract, transform, and load) processes and tools, and SQL
• Familiarity with data warehousing and API technology and concepts
• Understanding of data governance principles
• Familiarity with MDM principles
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to explain technical data concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong collaboration skills
