Enterprise Business Analyst

Summary/objective

Under the direction of the Director of Enterprise Data Solutions, the Business Analyst will participate in projects related to core business systems such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, HubSpot, the integrations that transfer data between them, and the business processes that utilize them. The Business Analyst will review the business needs of stakeholders to help identify business problems, propose and document solutions. They will then collaborate with the teams building the solution to help ensure the requirements are adequately met and help resolve challenges that arise along the way.

Core Job Duties

• Gather and document requirements to evaluate requested solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders on identify ROI to help prioritize and justify requests
• Write project requirements documentation.
• Become a subject matter expert on key business processes associated with the ERP and CRM platforms
• Support development of solutions.
• Analyze requests and make recommendations for platform enhancements.
• Define project/feature release acceptance criteria based on requirements
• Provide support to identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Share business knowledge and isolved product skills with team members through formal and informal channels and support product users as well as internal staff.
• Effectively communicate changes and updates to documents, processes, and systems.

Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

Supervision

Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with knowledge of CRMs and ERPs. Experience with Sales and Marketing processes and system integrations is strongly preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ yrs business experience related to CRMs or ERPs.
• Associates degree or equivalent business experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and capabilities.
• Organization and prioritization skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail with respect to documenting project specifications and test cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned project work.
• Experience with Sales, Marketing, and Accounting processes and system integrations is strongly preferred

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
